domani in piazza saranno bruciati i dischi della suddeta artista
perchè ritenuti lesivi dell'immagine marsvoltiana...
con gli stessi saranno dati alle fiamme i dischi di El-P e di altri rapper cretini coinvolti in altrattanto deprimenti progetti.

nell'ambito della manifestazione ci sarà un sangria party
e l'inaugurazione della statua dedicata a Damo Suzuky.

un chiarimento riguardo alla pubblicazione di questo ep:

non è sicuro che GSL distribuisca questo disco (che NON esce su GSL ma, come già detto, su Willie Anderson Recording come già il secondo disco solista di Omar). Dovrebbero ordinarne alcune copie ma non si se le metteranno in vendita attraverso l'estore (del secondo album di Omar, ordinarono e poi vendettero alcune copie del vinile-non il pic disc, tuttora disponibile, uscito su Erika Records, dico proprio il disco in vinile nero- e del cd, vendute in pochissimo tempo). Comunque, oltre al sito GSL, tenete d'occhio questa pagina:

Omar Rodriguez Lopez has been a fan of Lydia's work since discovering her in the early 90's. When Mars Volta curated All Tomorrow's Parties Festival in december 2005 they invited her. And when Omar and Lydia met, they hit it off very well. The EP is the first of what Omar hopes will be a series of collaborations with Lydia. The music was recorded in Amsterdam and New York and Lydia's vocals were recorded at her own studio in Barcelona. The politics of the record are fairly obvious and Omar feels as though she speaks for both of them in that regard.
The EP will be released on both CD and vinyl.

ultima info, poi stacco che mi aspettano per un torneo di calcetto:

ho contattato la Willie Anderson Recordings per chiedere informazioni sulla reperibilità del disco, m'han detto che in Italia sarà distribuito da http://www.widerecords.com/, ci ho fatto un giro velocemente, mi sembra abbiano in catalogo anche il secondo album di Omar, pure in formato vinile. Una buona notizia, visto che non so se, alla luce dei cambiamenti di distribuzione, GSL distribuirà questo disco.
